The anti-trauma cast rubber flooring made entirely of EDPM has the following characteristics:
• fine graininess
• slightly more expensive solution
• does an excellent job of cushioning falls
• its elasticity is permanent
• has excellent resistance to atmospheric agents
• excellent behavior at high and low temperatures
• resistant to degradation due to aging
• the material is non-toxic
• excellent all year round and easy to clean
In the actual construction, we proceed by making a concrete casting in the interested area,
subsequently a thick layer of black SBR rubber is created, here the thickness will be determined based on the fall height of the play equipment.
The last layer is purely aesthetic, here you can give space to your imagination by defining the surface based on your aesthetic and economic needs and then decide whether to make it in SBR or EPDM rubber, but also opting to combine both: for example a flooring entirely in SBR rubber with EPDM rubber details and designs.
