DEFENDER

Off-road vehicle "Explore" is very popular with children. This machine is aimed at children aged 2 to 5, where each game activity is adapted to children's naturally creative, physical, cognitive and social development.
This game was developed in collaboration with the children in a so called co creation design process, in which the children's input was crucial for the final design of both the off-road vehicle and the many play activities. The "Defender" has been tested many times as a prototype and along the way we have learned more about how children play, in order to be able to improve the various activities and provide even better gaming experiences.
From the driver's seat, several children can use the controls, with the steering wheel, movable buttons and built in walkie talkie. At the front there is a movable towbar, which also serves as an abacus for number games, etc. The lighthouses also move, stimulating children's motor skills while serving as an element for roleplay.
Out back, there's room for passengers to sit comfortably and enjoy the view, or to stand and check out the vehicle's telescope. A large window separates the passenger seat and driver's seat, while providing plenty of opportunities for children to interact. From the rear seat you can access a number of small assets, such as the movable fuel tank cap and the rotating spare wheel.
