Games for Disabled People

The moment of the game can be for all children, the most exhilarating moment or the most tragic moment: all children, disabled and not , need to feel part of the group of their peers, accepted and well liked . If a child has a disability, these conditions become even more important and necessary for the child's well-being. However, we do not think of an area for exclusive use where the disabled child is the center of attention, with the risk of creating "discomfort" both for him and for able-bodied children, but for a area where the games present are accessible to all and allow children to choose which game to compete on . What are inclusive parks? An inclusive play area is a space where children with physical or sensory disabilities or with movement problems can play and have fun in security , along with all the others. By inclusive play we mean equipment that can be used by a wide range of users with different abilities, without special adaptations, without special designs. Many people have a level of small or medium disability that does not require radical design such as that for wheelchair users. The difference between an inclusive carousel and a carousel for the disabled starts from the design, designed to allow children to have fun together, without barriers and without divisions . The inclusive playgrounds allow the removal of architectural barriers through access ramps, paths for visually impaired children, tactile paths, double-track slides , all designed to allow children with different skills to play and learn together with their friends, siblings and parents.
